- Transfer certificate application form is available under the “Transfer Certificate” tab on the website.
- The form should be duly filled and the scanned copy of the same should be sent to the indicated email id.
- Transfer Certificate needs to be applied within the period specified by the school failing to which, an appropriate amount as per the school policy will have to be deposited prior to collection / transfer of TC.
- Transfer certificate will not be issued until all dues of the school are settled including transportation fees.
- The students can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds :
- Disciplinary
- Unsatisfactory progress in academics
- Absence from School for a period of 30 continuous days without the prior permission of the school authorities.
- Students whose names are struck off the rolls may be considered for re-admission to the School at the principal’s discretion and the availability of seats, but may be required to undergo the formalities of new admission.
- In case of migration, the attestation of the issued transfer certificate will have to be done by the parents themselves
- Parents who wish to withdraw their wards from the school at any point of time are required to submit their TC applications in the specific format available in the website.
- TC applications should be submitted in the school office 7 days prior to the date on which the parents want to collect the TC. (Please go to the download link for application form).
- At the time of submission of Transfer Certificate application form, please bring ward’s and parents’ original Adhaar ID Card.
- Parents who are applying for internal transfers within TS are requested to support Transfer Certificate request along with “No objection certificate” from new school.
- For students admitted during the academic year and wish to be withdrawn at the end of the same academic session, TC will be issued only after Board Approval.
- Parents are required to clear all the pending dues at the time of applying for TC (cash payment only).
- Child should not be sent to the school after the last date of attendance mentioned by the parent in the application form.
- Transfer certificates issued to be used outside TS should be attested by Authorities.
- Withdrawal of TC applications will be considered subject to the availability of seats.
- To withdraw students after the completion of any academic year (after March), application should reach the school by the second week of January. Transfer certificates for these students will be issued only after the results are approved by School Board.
- Transfer Certificates for Grade VI and VII will be issued only after the results are approved by School Board. Parents of the students of these classes are requested to check the website for updates regarding the same from time to time.
Transfer Certificates for all other classes will not be issued during summer vacation. Hence, you are requested to make your request 15 days prior to the closure of the school, if you wish your ward to discontinue after summer vacation
